Step 1: Starting the process / getting Pre-Approved

Typically 3–16 days (varies by contract). Sometimes if there is competition a pre-inspection is recommended - ask your Real Estate Agent

On closing day you will:

  • Bring a valid government-issued photo ID

  • Bring a checkbook (in case small balance adjustments are needed)

  • Confirm wire transfer has been completed (if applicable)

  • Review and sign final loan and settlement documents
